Hello we are Frans & Greta

When we bought our first apartment in Fuerteventura we had only one goal. We wanted a place 3200 km from the Netherlands where we could feel at home. At least we think we succeeded. To this day, we can only enjoy our apartment in dribs and drabs. That's why we decided to rent it out. Renting out has become a hobby of ours and we enjoy it a lot. We think it is very important that people feel at home in our apartment. Our priority is therefore that you feel at home in our apartment.

Local employees

We work together with a local host and local employees. Of course we cannot always be on site when you are going to spend your holiday in our apartments. That is why we also use a local host who will, among other things, hand over the keys and take care of your intake. We also use local companies for the final cleaning.

Achieving sustainability together.

We ask you to pay an energy tax because, within the possibilities of the apartment complexes, we try to implement sustainability on a small scale. For example, our apartments do not have dishwashers as standard and we use LED lighting where possible. Showers are equipped with a water-saving shower head and we use no or as little plastic packaging as possible. We therefore do sustainability together with you.
